Youth Program

First, I do not have a full name list of all the youth in R.O.C.K. I cannot look at the name list and tell who are adults & who are youths. So please call or write so I can put you on the Youth mailing list. At this time, I do not have an E-mail address. Therefore, the E-mail off the R.O.C.K. name list will not work. The age for youth in R.O.C.K. is 6 to 18 years old.

Second, I have a Youth Booklet telling how to earn all 11 badges. Again, I need to know who will participate in the badge program so I can mail you a booklet. Most badges can be earned own your own, at your own pace. Some badges can be earned in a classroom as a group. Some require a field trip with the youth leader one-on-one or as a group.

Third, a place, and time has 'not yet been set for youth meeting. I like the first Saturday of each mouth or bi-mouthy about 2:00 in Nicholasville. I can get a meeting place that will work well for us. As I said, it is not set in stone so we can make it work for us.

I encourage you to call on me with questions, and comments, and for help as well. We will learn about rocks, build a nice rock collection, and have fun doing it all.
